Review the position
Confirm the location, responsibilities, qualifications, working conditions and application deadline.

Apply securely
Save your private training profile, add completed qualifications with issuer references, then apply to an active position through the app. Authorized app access is required.

Application review
Relevant experience, qualifications and application answers are assessed against the published requirements.

Interview and verification
Selected applicants move through the interviews, reference checks, credential verification and conditional-offer steps appropriate to the role.
Private evidence
Qualifications are reviewed.
Submitted training stays private to your account and authorized hiring reviewers.
Include the issuer, completion date, expiry date when applicable, jurisdiction and exact qualification reference. A reviewer must confirm supporting evidence before it counts toward a job match. The training profile currently accepts structured records, not document uploads.
- Self-reported training is marked pending
- Review decisions and reasons are recorded
- Expired or invalid mandatory credentials remain blockers
- Applications preserve the evidence used when submitted
Fair access
Recruitment accommodation.
Accommodation is available during the recruitment process upon request. Applicants are assessed using qualifications and requirements connected to the position.
Application forms do not request unnecessary personal information or photographs of applicants.
