AssembleNow may resell usable goods received at no cost only when the company is authorized to retain or dispose of them.

No item is offered for sale until ownership, release and disposal rights are clear.

At least 50% of net proceeds from applicable sales is directed to a selected registered Canadian charity or eligible community initiative. Selected campaigns may contribute 100%.

Net proceeds means sale revenue less direct selling, payment processing, transportation and disposal costs.

Each campaign identifies its recipient and contribution percentage or amount. Records of applicable sales, costs and contributions are maintained.

AssembleNow does not issue charitable donation receipts. Any receipt is governed and issued by the eligible recipient organization.
